Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
The CNA is responsible to assist the professional staff by performing various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the residents. Responsible for the delivery of resident care (baths, personal grooming, feeding) as directed by the DON, Resident Care Coordinator, RN or LPN. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Strives to incorporate the philosophy and mission of Park View Community Campus and to incorporate the facility’s goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for the resident.
Registered Nurses (RN)
Under the direction of the DON, and in compliance with state statutes and regulations governing the practice of nursing, the RN provides direct, hands-on, personal, high quality nursing care in accordance with established policies and practices of Park View Community Campus. The RN also provides supervision of subordinate nursing staff by serving as “charge nurse” while on duty, as designated by the DON.
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
Under the direction of the DON, and in compliance with state statutes and regulations governing the practice of nursing, the LPN provides direct, hands-on, personal, high quality nursing care in accordance with established policies and practices of Park View Community Campus. The LPN may also provide supervision of subordinate nursing staff while on duty, as designated by the DON.
Dietary Aides
Works under the direction of the facility Dietary Manager as necessary to carry out recommended therapeutic restrictions with regard to residents’ nutritional care plans. Assists in the dining areas prior to, during and after meals are served to the residents. Assists in maintaining the dining work areas, and keeping equipment, utensils and food plates clean and orderly. The focus is to provide excellent food service by following instructions and standards.
Cooks
Under the direct supervision of the Dietary Manager, this position is responsible for preparing and serving food items for all meals, special luncheons and parties as needed. While also adhering to the prescribed physicians’ orders and maintaining a high standard of food preparation, sanitation, storage and portion control in serving foods and beverages at all times.
Childcare Teachers
The Childcare Teacher will be attentive to perform all duties necessary to ensure that children’s basic needs are taken care of. The Childcare Teacher’s responsibilities include feeding and grooming children, introducing children to new, age-appropriate hobbies, and sanitizing all toys and play areas. You should also be able to identify and address behavioral problems. Ultimately, an exceptional Childcare Teacher will cultivate a safe and loving environment that is conducive to growth and learning.
