We welcome you to Park View Community Campus’ Park View Heights Twin Homes, a community of 5 twin homes units especially designed for comfortable senior living in an attractive, Northwood’s environment.
Home Design with All the Right Amenities
Homes are designed to be both affordable and comfortable. Our Twin Homes include a roomy master suite, a guest bedroom, two bathrooms, a very spacious open-floor plan living room, and modern kitchen layout. Each unit comes with an attached oversized 2-car garage. Each quality-built Twin Home is approximately 1,400 square feet.
Appliances included in the home are: washer and dryer, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Terms
Homes are rented by lease with a 60-day notice.

Location
Park View Heights is ideally situated in the town of Woodville which lies just off of Highway 94. It is 20 minutes east of Hudson, Wisconsin, 45 minutes west of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and 30 minutes east of Minneapolis/St. Paul. The town of Woodville has a very unique small-town charm. There are many scenic walks available throughout the community with a popular walking trail that’s located just outside your Park View Heights backdoor, a trail that stretches for 40 miles. The trail allows only non-motorized vehicles in the spring, summer, and fall seasons and during the winter months is home to snowmobilers of all ages. Come join the fun.
